  • Where are you based?
    I’m based in Dublin, Ireland. I offer online sessions to clients based both in Ireland and all over the world.
  • Do you offer online therapy?
    Yes. I work with clients across Ireland and internationally via secure video sessions.
  • How long is a session?
    Sessions last 50 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly, depending on your needs.
  • Is what I share confidential?
    Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, within the limits of the law and professional ethics.
  • Are you qualified?
    Yes, I am a pre-accredited IACP registered psychotherapist, and fully insured. I hold an MSc in Psychotherapy and adhere to the ethical standards of my professional body, IACP.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded. If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment the full fee is charged.
  • What issues do you work with?
